We really enjoyed our stay in Florida. The cottage was everything that we wanted. We all loved the pool and the games room was really good for the children. The location was superb.. Only a stones throw from the hustle of the parks, but the tranquillity was fantastic following those hot busy days. The cottage was well equiped and clean and very spacious. We stayed in a hotel when we visited he area previously.. We won't ever do that again! This was certainly one of the highlights of the visit and we will certainly be recommending it to our friends and family..

This was our fisrt time in a villa 27th May - 10th June 2010.. and it surpassed our expectations. The location was great,.. Quiet and tranquil, but only a stones throw away from the very busy theme parks, it was fantastic to leave all that behind and 'just relax' at the villa. The games room was a bonus.. the children were either in the pool, which we all enjoyed very much, or in the games room. The facilities were very good, spacious and well equipped and very nicely decorated. I know that should we return to Florida we would certainly want to stay at the villa.... 'Home from Home!' Yep we can say most certainly that it was fab!

We have never stayed at a villa before...but I will in the future. The location is excellent, such peace and tranquility and the 'cottage' is just top class. We couldn't find anything to be short of, a top class games room which surpassed all our expectations. The pool and area was outstanding. The facilities are fulsome and the cottage is spacious. Bedrooms good sized and nicely furnished, kitchen lacked nothing. If i return to Florida this will be where I am staying. Felt totally safe, no one bothered us, and it was the perfect sanctuary after a day at the theme parks. Also well received was the wifi and English footy on the tv! It really was superb. John was a pleasure to deal with, specially when the volcanic ash chaos threatened our family holiday. He could not do enough to help us.

Thanks so much for the use of your villa for the 2 weeks from 26th March to 9th April 2010. The location was ideal for us to get to the Disney parks, Universal, Busch Gardens and Kennedy Space Centre very easily. The front of the villa was perfect to view the shuttle launch too! The pool and hot tub were a real treat (especially enjoyed by the kids) and the games room was brilliant - the carpet made a real difference and really made it cosy. The layout of the villa was perfect for the 6 of us and met our needs totally. Thanks again and will rent again if available.

Enjoyed our stay, especially the peace and quiet. The patio and pool were very nice. Lots of space!! Had everything we needed and more! We did some repairs to the blind at the patio door where a couple of slats had fallen, fixed it with beige duct tape! Really we were pleased and found the house very comfortable,and except for a couple of things we considered quite minor, have no complaints at all and intend to come again in two years if it is available. Had a great stay!!! Much much better than a stay at a hotel!!

I just wanted to feedback the wonderful two weeks we've just had at Poolside despite the coldest Florida winter spell since the punic wars (or 1971 according to a lovely lady at Publix !).
The facilities are wonderful,well equipped and the games room is a fantastic addition. The internet access proved invaluable for up to date weather reports and changes to opening times etc and having a landline afforded a greater sense of security and meant we were easy to contact. The location was ideal as it meant all the parks were a short journey away, as was the airport which allowed us to maximise our time.

And finally but most importantly the high level of detail, support and quality of your information ensured that I have no hesitation in recommending Poolside.

Thanks John for allowing us to use your villa for three weeks in January. It was in a very convenient location for the parks and the I4 which allowed us the freedom to travel up and down Florida during our trip. The villa was comfortable and the games room an added bonus during the colder evenings. Internet access was also a huge bonus. Will recommend the villa to anyone wishing to visit Orlando. All the family had a great holiday ,the villa was like a home from home, everything we needed was there. The management were more than helpful and we would definitely recommend staying in the villa to our friends and family. Its location was ideal to get to all the attractions and was perfect to come back to in the evening after a long day whether it was going for a swim or relaxing in the hot tub. Had a wonderful couple of weeks in December 09, fantastic location, and the villa had everything (and loads more) that we could ever need. We loved the pool and the hot tub, and the management company were most helpful. Would definitely recommend this villa as excellent value for money!!

My wife, daughter and I had an excellent holiday.

Location is excellent, short car journeys to all attractions yet very peaceful location (get some candy if you go on halloween as we had several fantastic trick or treaters!)

The villa was very well equipped and the air-con wonderful as the temperatures were record beating for our stay. Even so the hot-tub was still really nice early morning and late evening.

We are very happy to recommend this villa, it was everything it was advertised to be and very good value for money.

2/9/09-18/9/09 My wife and I had an excellent 2 weeks holiday in this villa, the location is great, near to all the attractions yet so peaceful and quiet. Villa has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Very good value for money when compared to other villas, this one has everything, games room,solar heated pool,hot tub,internet access via own laptop,large screen t.v.,BBQ etc.Very happy to recommend this villa and it's owners.

My wife, daughter & I had a super time in the villa, especially enjoying the pool & the hot tub.
Being so close to the parks is a real boost, then having the privacy of the villa once we had had our fill of the crowds.
Enjoyed the launch of the hot air balloons first thing in the morning, a nice peaceful way to start the day. Would totally recommend the villa to anyone looking for a well located, quiet, superbly equipped retreat.

we have always found this villa to be very comfortable, clean, well located and in a nice quiet area, that is not far away from alot of the attractions.
we would highly recommend johns villa to anyone thinking of hiring a villa, over the years we've stayed in a few, but have found this to be one of the best and spacious and most importantly for us very family orientated. large pool, spa, games room including ps2, darts board, pool table, large selection of games, internet, cable in all rooms including a variety of dvds.

very well situated for the parks and amenities,
very comfortable with the added bonus of a large pool, spa, games room, internet access, and locality.
lots of improvements have been made by john since he purchased it a few years ago.
if you're looking for a villa, give this one a go, its the best we've used, and we've stayed at quite a few others over the years.

We have all enjoyed a brilliant 2 weeks holiday at Poolside Cottage. It is so convenient to all the Orlando attractions and close by to the new supermarket. The villa was very clean and well equipped and we all loved the pool and hot-tub. The games room was an added bonus. As a family base it beats hotels hand down! Just back from 2 weeks in Poolside Cottage.

Had a great time - even though we had LOTS of rain the 2nd week still managed to use the pool every day and jumping in to the hot tub afterwards was a lovely bonus!!

Love this location as it is so close to Disney Parks and the new shopping area off Lake Wilson Rd makes it so simple to stock up on holiday essentials.

This was the 1st villa we rented and although we have stayed in other villas since none of them have had a pool as big as Poolside Cottage or as many rainy day facilities!!

The villa was ideal, spacious, clean & tidy and very convenient for all the attractions. I particularly enjoyed the pool table having scored a resounding victory over my son during our stay!! It is a shame that the villa and grounds opposite are not kepot in as good a condition but I appreciate this is something over which youj have no control.

We only had cause to speak to Ardelle on a couple of occasions and found her to be very helpful.

Our recent stay at Poolside Cottage was totally enjoyable! Your home is spacious, entertaining and quiet. We couldn't have asked for a much better location being that the cottage is located close to the parks, restaurants and shopping. My husband absolutely loved the hot tub and now he wants one for his very own.

We highly recommend your villa to anyone considering it. This was our first time renting a house in Florida. The difference as opposed to a hotel room is incredible in both spaciousness as well as value.

John, you personally have great attention to detail in regards to your communication, which was also greatly appreciated.

We will definitely recommend Poolside Cottage to friends and family and hope to return many times in the future.

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at your lovely spacious and well equipped villa. It was ideal for our needs which were a peaceful location and entertainment for 2 teenagers. The pool table was used every day along with the pool and hot tub(luxery for a weary body!) Also it was good to have tvs in the bedrooms so that the kids could relax in their own space. I would definately recommend your villa to anyone holidaying in florida. Thanks very much John.

My family and I have just finished a 5 day stay at the Poolside Villa. The villa was very effordable and comfortable for us (2 adults and 2 kids). After spending each day at Disney it was pleasant to return to a quiet home and relax in the hot tub and pool.The solar heating for the pool is great as no extra dollars were needed for gas. It was great being able to barbeque meals and enjoy the surrounds.
I would recommend this Poolside Villa to all.

We have just returned to England after spending two weeks at Poolside. The hot tub was a fantastic start to out holiday, after 12 hours of travelling and continued to be so after days at the parks. John's directions from the airport were spot on and very useful.
The villa was ideal for our needs and the boys, one big and one small loved the games room. We all loved the pool especially the little one.The villa is situated in an ideal place for getting to all the parks, We will definitely recommend the villa to friends, Thank you John.

Spent 5 days at the villa prior to going on a 7 day cruise. The villa is in a very peaceful setting but still only 5 minutes drive from supermarket and restaurants. It has everything you could possibly need, a real home from home. The swimming pool is wonderful and the hot tub is an added bonus - spent every evening in there. A wonderful relaxing time was had by myself, my sister and my mother. We even enjoyed a game of snooker in the games room. Would recommend villa, excellent value. Many thanks John.

We spent 3 wonderful weeks at the villa. It was WONDERFUL!. It was the most relaxing vacation we have every had. We were very pleased with the villa, as it was very clean and made you feel right at home. Everything that we needed was right there. We'll surely do it again next year. It was hard to come back to snow after spending every day relaxing by the pool and using the hot tub.

Just spent 3 weeks at the villa. This is our fourth trip to Poolside and every year it just gets better. The new large flat screen TV is a real boon, and the hot tub, even on cool evenings was so relaxing after a hard days shopping or 'parking'. We stayed for 2 weeks 8 - 22 august. Villa very spacious and comfortable. In a really quiet and what appeared to be residential area , rather than holiday let area, hence was very quiet and nice in the evenings. Villa had everything you could need. Didn't need pool heating even on cloudy days so the solar heating works well. Just a 10 min drive to disney parks, 20 to seaworld and 25 to universal. Give the airboat rides ( private one) at boggy creek (poinciana blvd) a try - Wicked!!
Would return again and recommend to others who are thinking of going.

We stayed at the villa 25th July - 8th August. Our very first trip to Florida. What can I say the villa was much better & bigger than we expected, the photos are good but the real thing is better ! all the home comforts, much nicer than an hotel and by far a better way to spend your holiday. We could not believe how close to the Disney parks etc it was, yet in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac, it was also so easy to get to the main highways for travelling around. Lots of choice for eating places along Highway 192 just minutes from the villa. John's instructions from the airport were spot on and such a great help. The pool & pool table were just a great way to relax after a hard days parking. I would definately recommend to anyone coming to Florida & would return again.

Hi John, We stayed in your villa for 3 weeks (jun12-July3), and found the whole thing a very pleasurable experience. It is tastefully decorated throughout, spacious, and very comfortable to stay in. I could not believe how close it was to the disney resorts and the local amenities were nearby. We didnt need pool heating, and the kids loved playing in the pool in the evenings after a hard days theme-parking! The TV in the livingroom was obviously brand new.. It was HUGEI would recommend your villa.to anyone wishing to travel to the area. Its in a quiet secluded area - but only a short distance from the mayhem of themeparkworld.

Thanks for everything, as previously mentioned the villa was perfect. Loads of room and and everything we could need from coffee perculator to cable TV. Very close to the Disney sites, especially Animal Kingdon which is about 10 mins. away. We used the pool every day for the three weeks we were there and the B-B-Q most days. The solar heating meant the pool was warm enough for the kids to play in as long as they liked. The pool and hot-tub have lights, so after we put the kids to bead it was great to have a swim in the dark.

May to 16 May. We were very happy with everything, John's directions on how to get there from airport were great, we had no problems finding the villa. The location is excellent for shops, restaurants and off course Disney. The games room, pool and hot tub had plenty of use, everthing in the villa was clean, and we had no problems with a 2 year running about in the viila, overall we had a excellant time in the villa as well as Disney, I will be letting anyone know if they go to Orlando where to stay, thanks again John for letting us use your villa it was excellant

We stayed in Poolside Cottage with our 4 active boys (aged 6 through 11) from April 10 to 26. We were very happy with everything. John's directions on how to get there from the airport were spot on. When we arrived, everything was at least as good as previously described. The villa is a great size for our family and contained everything we needed in the way of linen, cooking utensils, towels etc. The games room, pool and hot tub got plenty of use, as did the stereo. The location is excellent as everything from shops, restaurants to WDW are only a short drive away. John even rang while we were there to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. If and when we return to Orlando, we will certainly aim to stay here again.

Hi All
My family and I spent the 1st week of April at Johns Villa. We live in Florida so what we look for is a home away from home when we go to Orlando. We got it. This Villa was perfect. John has thought of everything when it comes to this house. It was spotless when we arrived, despite the fact that the last visitor was there for over 2 months and the crew had just a few hours before our arrival. It rained all week, not typical for April in Florida, and if it wasn't for the comfort of this house, we may not have had as great of a time. The hot tub is awsome, the game room was such a nice perk that so many other vacation rentals don't have. The area is perfect, very easy travel to and from the parks. Very close. I'm so happy I found this place. Our only place to stay from now on!
