Pool Heat - $135.00 per week

$60 Cleaning fee applicable to rentals less than 7 Nights

Note - Special Rates are negotiable for longer-term hires in excess of 3 weeks. (Snowbirds etc)

BASIC TERMS & CONDITIONS

$250 / £150 security deposit to confirm booking. This is refundable within 30 days of the end of your vacation.
The full balance is due 60 days before hire date.
Day rates include utilities but do not include Pool heating other than Solar Pool Heating.
Optional Pool Heating Charges: Per week / part week for 1st week -- $135, pro-rata at $19.00 per day for 2nd/subsequent weeks. (You can decide after arrival, but bear in mind that the pool takes at least one day to reach higher temperature.)
